Carole is deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing healing experience for each of her clients. With a belief that rejuvenation and recovery can take place with a minimum of pain, and that your body heals best through deep relaxation, Carole offers an integrative blend of Swedish massage, Reiki and CranioSacral Therapy that will leave you relaxed, restored and either pain free or moving in that direction. She often includes aromatherapy in her treatments, and sometimes use rocks or crystals to enhance the healing work.

Carole attended massage school at East West College of the Healing Arts graduating in June of 2006. Carole is a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition, and is also trained in Karuna Reiki. She has advanced training in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, and also practices Pranic Healing. Carole is also a Certified Yoga Instructor based on her training in Phoenix Rising Yoga.

Some things you may not know about Carole.
  1. I come from the East Coast, near Buffalo, NY. I feel, however, that if I wasn't living here I would probably move back to New England. The weather, along with my friends and family, keep me here though. Of course, a warm beach could always tempt me...
  2. German is my second language, though since I was fluent at 16 and through college, I have forgotten quite a great deal.
  3. I am a total Science Fiction geek...I have loved Star Trek since the "Classic" show. I grew up watching and reading Sci-Fi with my Dad, and now get to pass the love along to my son. My favorite trip ever that we went on as a family was to Kennedy Space Center in Florida. I even got a stuffed Tribble...
  4. I like to paint, draw, collage...I did more of that in college than I do now, but every now and then I just have to "make something".
  5. I have wanted to do exactly what I am doing, massage and bodywork, for a very long time. I am more grateful than I can say to be doing work that I love and that creates a positive difference in people's lives.
