Cara’s passion in being a Massage Therapist is helping her clients feel at home and relaxed.  She enjoys encouraging you to leave your stressful life behind if only for 60 minutes.  In this calm and soothing space you will be able to unwind and melt your worries away.

Cara believes that massage plays an important role in balancing the body, mind and spirit and she customizes each massage to your needs.  Working with clients who have special needs is a challenge and accomplishment for her.  For example, when she started seeing a client with fibromyalgia the massage had to have a very light touch and she could only move to a deeper massage with longer lasting affect after gaining the clients trust through checking in with the client as the client listened to her body’s needs.

Cara has been seeing clients for 5 years and her specialties are Swedish, Hot Stone and Deep Tissue Massage.  She has also studied Shiatsu, Spa Techniques, Touch Therapy and therapy for people with cancer.  She attended East West College of Massage where she received 801 hours of training and earned her Massage Therapy License in Swedish Massage.

When Cara is not in a massage room you’ll find her out of doors; camping and kayaking.  In the Winter months she enjoys, puzzles, board games and crafts.

  • Yes - you are the best masseuse ever. I particularly appreciate how thoughtful you are about my particular aches and pains, likes and dislikes, and choice of music. The hot stones are especially helpful to my stiff muscles. Thanks so much.
  • I've recently had two massages by Cara and both were fantastic. She is always very flexible on massage times that fit into my schedule. I would definitely recommend her for your next massage. My girlfriend was also extremely pleased with Cara's massage work and won't stop talking about it.

  • I just want to thank you for the great massage. It really relaxed me a lot, greatly relieved my back pain and got me feeling much better overall. I am certainly looking forward to my next one. You are amazing!
