Anna is passionate about the body and how it allows us the gift to experience this earthly life.   The more we can listen and align ourselves to the messages of our bodies and our essence, the more joy and satisfaction we will experience in our day-to-day living.  Her experience with intense physical pain after a sports injury and later car accident, plus the personal knowledge of the emotional, psychological, and spiritual toll it can take on a person instills a deep sensitivity & compassion into the care she provides for clients.  She is excited to share her knowledge and experience with clients as they strive for better health and well-being.

Anna is the perfect therapist for you because she sees the massage session as a co-creative process where client and therapist discover what approach will work best for you and your body on a given day.  You may expect to feel relief of pain, stiffness and increased range of motion.  Some sessions will be more dynamic with your active participation while others may be more still where you find yourself in a more receptive mode.  Both are relaxing in there way and definitely therapeutic!  Through her years in school and practice, she has cultivated a unique blend of intuitive, therapeutic massage which incorporates Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Stretching and Swedish Relaxation Massage.  She is also very excited to expand her practice to include Thai massage which is floor-based and allows the body to be affected in ways unique from table massage.

After graduating from Willamette University with a BA in French Anna enrolled at East West College of the Healing Arts for massage therapy studies graduating in 2011.  In addition she has also completed studies in Visceral Manipulation level I through the Barral Institute.
