Jan is a Marriage and Family counselor as well as our afternoon receptionist.
Marriage & Family Counselor
Jan has a B.A. in Administration of Justice from Portland State University and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Counseling from George Fox University. Through out her counseling career she has worked for Janus Youth Programs, Parents Anonymous, and Washington County Community Corrections. The majority of her work has been with parents who are in recovery and/or involved with DHS or the criminal justice system. She is very excited about joining the RoseSprings Center for the Healing Arts Community and plans on providing individual, couple and family counseling along with teaching parenting and other fun classes.
Receptionist
Jan Duncan is our afternoon receptionist. She is very happy to be at RoseSprings in an atmosphere where growth and acceptance is the norm. Her passion has always been assisting people in achieving their goals and finding their own passions in life.
Jan enjoys camping, driving in the countryside just before sunset, watching professional sports, cooking, and sharing her "special" sense of humor with her partner Joe. She has always had a deep connection with animals and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, cat and recently adopted tortoise. Jan also volunteers as a group facilitator for Parents Anonymous.
