Arlene Strugar, PsyD, Braingystics
Arlene Binoya-Strugar, Doctor of Psychology, is currently a researcher, a organizational/HR consultant,
and a Psychologist Resident.
She graduated with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with emphasis in Industrial and Organizational
Psychology in 2007 from Colorado School of Professional Psychology, CO, USA.
She currently works full time at Intel Corp and maintains a private practice specializing in integrative
mind-body-brain fitness and industrial/organizational psychology.
Arlene is currently completing her supervision hours toward licensure and plans to be licensed by
early 2012.
Arlene's work experiences include working for large corporations as a researcher, organizational and
human resources consultant, recruiting and assessment consultant, psychometrist, and more recently as
a researcher at Intel.
She is originally from the Philippines and also lived in Dubai, UAE for 7 years before coming to Colorado
in 1999.
She lived in CO for 7 years before moving here in OR due to her work with Intel.
She has travelled a bit in the Middle East, Africa, Asia both for work and personal trips.
She is passionate about cultural diversity and appreciates various mental health and thinking patterns
from many different cultural influences.
She is also passionate about brain fitness, assessment, user experience research, organizational research,
and cultural psychotherapy and wellness.
She is also a certified Wellness Coach, NESTA-certified personal fitness trainer, Pilates instructor, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner, Mind-Body Fitness Specialist, SMART® Brain Neurofeedback provider, PlayAttention® Edufeedback provider, Brain Resource® provider, and The Listening Program® Provider. More recently, Arlene has added the world-renowned, Brainobrain® learning program in her suite of integrative mind-body-brain offerings. She is passionate about the fusion of traditional practices and modern technology in training our mind-body-brain thus she is an avid reader and researcher of various techniques and applications that will benefit her clients and others in this area.
While not working, Arlene enjoys spending time with her two children, Marcus and Steliana, and husband Andrei.
