Dr. Tooba Durrani, ND, MSOM, L.Ac.
Dr. Tooba Durrani is a licensed Naturopathic Physician, Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist, Reiki Master, and Qi Gong instructor. She is a graduate of the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon, where she studied Naturopathic Medicine, Classical Chinese Medicine, and Qi Gong.
While trained in many modalities from both Eastern and Western medical traditions, Dr. Durrani's main focus is on energetic medicine, which she sees as a deeper connection to the Universe and Nature.
Dr. Durrani's interests in energetic medicine are always evolving and growing and she does not hesitate to explore new modalities, which she brings to her practice for the benefit of her patients.
She primarily uses biotherapeutic drainage*, homeopathy, acupuncture, herbs, Qi Gong, Reiki, sound, and diet therapy in the treatment of medical conditions, such as: women's/men's health, chronic or acute pain, diabetes, weight loss, gastrointestinal disorders, anxiety, and depression.
She wants to help her patients attain optimal health through the wisdom of Nature.
*Biotherapeutic Drainage or "drainage" is a philosophy and methodology of healing which has been practiced in Europe for nearly 100 years. It is a gentle and deep acting modality that allows patients to make the shifts necessary to heal when other modalities have not been enough alone.
Drainage has been defined by Dr. Mikhael Anderson, ND, one of the first North American practitioners of drainage, as "the process of detoxifying the body by opening the routes of elimination (our emunctory organs: skin, liver, kidney, lungs) and discharging the toxic accumulations". This modality can be used for acute and chronic conditions.
Once the toxic elimination has been achieved, Dr. Durrani helps her patients maintain optimal health via other therapeutics with the ideal being diet and lifestyle changes that patients can maintain on their own.
Dr. Amy Spellmeyer, DC
Amy Spellmeyer is a recent graduate of Western States Chiropractic College. She has taken numerous seminars in order to treat the diverse needs of her patients. Her approach is holistic: focusing on structural, chemical, and emotional needs. These three areas impact your spine, nutrition, and stresses on body and mind.
"The issues are in the tissues." — Dr. Timothy Francis
Emotions affect your tissues. When the chemical aspects of your body (adrenals, thyroid, digestive enzymes, etc.) are not working properly, your body is impacted. Keeping your body in an optimal state helps maximize your potential — leading to fewer complaints and more time between chiropractic treatments. Amy's goal in addressing health holistically is to help patients lead a balanced, productive lifestyle.
Amy was born in Owatonna, Minnesota and attended Purdue University. At Purdue, Amy pole vaulted for the Track and Field Team and won Big Ten titles, became an All American, and qualified for the Olympic Trails in 2000. As a collegiate athlete, Amy was no stranger to injury. She experienced firsthand the benefits of chiropractic care, after living with pain for months as a result of an ankle injury that medical doctors felt was nonexistent. After being helped by her chiropractor, Amy realized that her calling was to provide hope to those in pain and change lives through chiropractic care.
Amy relates well to athletes and provides advice on effective ways to alter training while recovering from injury. Additionally, Amy has a desire to treat babies and moms in all states (prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum) and has advanced training on effective methods for meeting the unique needs of moms and babies.
Amy now calls Oregon "home" and enjoys her three dogs, spending time with her fiancé, working out, and reading. She looks forward to helping patients find relief from pain and is committed to providing high quality care in a compassionate environment. Some of Amy's skill sets include: Applied Kinesiology, Craniosacral therapy, Graston Technique, and exercise and nutritional advice.

Carole Cotten-Figueiredo, LMT OR Lic# 13383
When Carole was a little girl she used to pray that she would be able to "touch people and heal them."
She took a course in Therapeutic Touch in the 1980s, and realized that she had practiced that modality on her Mom when she had had surgery, before she was ever formally trained in it.
In the 1990s, she met friend and teacher, Reiki Master Valerie Bessler, from whom she received the first and second level Reiki attunements, and she subsequently received the third and master degree attunements from another friend and co-practitioner, Jean Knutson.
Carole attended massage school at East West College in Portland, OR, from which she graduated in June of 2006, and began her studies of CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute around that time as well. Her association with the Upledger Institute is ongoing, she has completed four levels of CST training as of February 2008, and will be taking a class specific to working with infants and children using CranioSacral Therapy in August of 2008.
Carole looks very forward to working with you, and invites you to join her and take part in creating balance and enhancing your physical, emotional and mental well-being. She provides a safe and nurturing space in which you can choose to receive a therapeutic or relaxing massage, the gentle, healing energy of Reiki; or the deep somato-emotional release of CranioSacral Therapy.

Debbie Dehler
Debbie Dehler is an ACE certified personal trainer and weight management consultant.
After growing tired of being overweight, she began her own journey of losing weight and getting into shape. Never one to believe all the hype about the latest fad diets, Debbie instead chose a lifestyle approach to weight loss and fitness. She figured she could stick with something that wasn't too difficult or restrictive. The result? A loss of nearly 40 pounds and several pant sizes. Her own success story prompted Debbie into helping others reach their fitness and weight loss goals. Starting her own business outside the mainstream clubs has given her a wide range of experience with women in both losing weight and getting in shape; from those wanting to lose the extra weight gained during pregnancy, to the obese, to the elderly, to those who want privacy and those just needing accountability and motivation.
"I meet women where they are (nutritionally, physically, and emotionally) and guide them on their own journey. I am here to help you with motivation, education, weight management, nutrition, setting goals, personal training, accountability and inspiration."
Brett Dunn, Energy Kinesiologist, Pranic Healer
Australian born, Brett Dunn, is an Energy Kinesiologist and Pranic Healer. His extensive training in Energy Kinesiology allows him to not only practice, but also teach Energy Kinesiology, including Touch for Health and Three In One Concepts courses as well as a healing touch modality, RESET.
What makes Energy Kinesiology so unique is the technique of muscle monitoring; a hands on, gentle non-invasive method of accessing information from the body. Brett can identify and correct many different components of an imbalanced system whether physical, emotional or spiritual and restore harmony which can reverse the process of dis-ease within your being. This allows many different avenues of approach and requires that the client be consciously involved in their own healing process, which enhances their healing experience.
Brett is also a Pranic Healer. Pranic Healing can be applied through a wide range of conditions and ailments, including emotional and psychological aspects. This non-touch energy healing modality is based on the fundamental principle that the body is a "self-repairing" living entity that possesses the innate ability to heal itself. Pranic Healing assists the body in accelerating the healing process by increasing the Prana or vital life force energy to the physical body and promotes emotional and psychological balance.
Brett can also assist clients with RESET, a hands on healing modality. It is a simple but very powerful healing tool used for relieving pain/trauma to the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ). By directing healing energy into, and relaxing, the muscles, tendons and ligaments that relate to the Temporomandibular Joint, allows the TMJ to reset into its correct position. The TMJ has an integral relationship with the rest of the body and benefits the associated muscles, organs and glands, thereby rebalancing the body holistically.
