Are due at the time of service unless prearranged with your practitioner.

Cancellation of Appointments

Please respect our practitioners and other clients by giving a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Our practitioners reserve the right to charge you for the missed appointment if 24 hour notice is not given.

Packages and Gift Certificates

All of our practitioners are independent business owners and are not employees of RoseSprings Center. If you purchase a prepaid discount package or a gift certificate from an individual practitioner you have entered into a contract with that practitioner and not with RoseSprings Center. General gift certificates purchased by you from RoseSprings will be honored by RoseSprings Center and is subject to above cancellation policy. Please note that gift certificates may be forfeited at practitioner discretion.
