Greetings RoseBuds! Did you know that dancing opens your chakras and enhances your connection to Spirit? There are times when I dance, I can feel the presence of my angels dancing around me, and they fill my head with wondrous and inspiring visions. Dancing can also be very grounding, dancing barefoot in the yard, for example, grounds me to earth and nourishes my soul. When I experience these feelings with dance, I am happy, I feel healthy and strongly connected to spirit.
Dancing can also give you a wonderful social life! Taking dance classes is a great way to meet new people with similar interests, like dancing! Whether you are having a night on the town dancing, or just dancing in your own space, the benefits are awesome! Dancing increases personal confidence, contributes to good posture and body alignment. You may find your bones are stronger with this wonderful form of fitness. Dancing also increases flexibility and stamina.
