Facility Rental
Our mission is to help improve the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health of our patients, clients, and customers by providing attentive and professional alternative health care and products in an atmosphere that's friendly, competent, and professional. In pursuance of this mission, we make our classrooms available for use by individuals and organizations whose purposes are compatible with ours.

The activity room is approximately 27' by 45½' in size with a 16½' by 15' entry area.
The classroom is approximately 12' by 15½' in size.
All requests are to be scheduled with the Office Manager through a Facility Use Application. Those who use the classroom on a recurring basis, such as weekly or monthly, may make one application to cover the anticipated sessions. No activity will be scheduled without a current application in the office.
The individual responsible for the event shall:
- Complete a Facility Use Application form and pay the reservation fee and security deposit. The balance of the rent shall be due one week prior to the event. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the event.
- Ensure that all facility use procedures are followed. RoseSprings Center reserves the right to require an attendant during the event to assist groups not familiar with the facility.
- Ensure that the tables, chairs, etc. set up by the renter are taken down and put away properly, and that the facilities are in the same condition in which they were found. If this does not happen, RoseSprings Center will perform whatever service is required and may deduct this cost from the security deposit.
Rental hours start from the time you begin the setup until you are ready to leave. For example, if setup begins at 4:00 PM for a 5:00 PM event and cleanup ends at 8:00 PM, then the rental time is 4 hours. Renters requiring less than 15 minutes for setup and less than 15 minutes for cleanup may have the setup and cleanup time waived from the rental time.
The renter shall carry public liability insurance. The liability coverage shall be in the amount of at least $100,000 per occurrence and $300,000 in any one year. The renter will provide the certificates of insurance. More details are in the Facility Rental Agreement.
Cancellations or date changes shall be made by the individual responsible for the event as soon as possible by notifying the Office Manager. Rental fee refunds due to cancellation will be granted as follows:

RoseSprings Center may change the fee schedule without notice, or may adjust fees in appropriate situations.
The fee schedule for the activity room is as follows:

The security deposit will be fully refunded when the facility is left in the condition in which it was found. If it is not, appropriate services will be performed and the charges deducted from the security deposit.
