That's right, folks... Zumba® is coming right here to RoseSprings! And one of RoseSprings' practitioners, Shanya Luther, can't wait to bring you the latest in fitness and fun from Zumba® creator, Beto Perez. To give you an idea of what's in store for you the Zumba® website says:

If you've been wanting more movement and physical activity in your life, if you love Latin beats and rhythms, and if you enjoy being part of a community of people supporting one another to become stronger and healthier, ...then this Zumba® class is for you!
As a method to reduce her pain from a car accident and to build more strength in her muscles, Shanya is embarking on a new branch of her professional work to include movement classes. She will be taking the Zumba® Instructor Training in March and she'll begin teaching at RoseSprings in April.
If you've tried Zumba® at one of the national workout clubs and found it was too intense for you, have no fear! Shanya will be designing her classes to be gentler and more moderate; especially accessible to participants who are overcoming pain or those just starting to incorporate more activity into their lives.
Shanya will be offering Zumba® classes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:30pm. The cost will be between $8-$15 per class or FREE with coaching services. Just ask Shanya for more details. To register, call 503-332-8783.
