RoseSprings Center celebrates National Massage Therapy Week, October 25 - 31, 2009 by offering free massage to the public
"Our goal for this week is to provide an avenue for our massage therapists to successfully spotlight their profession, and the benefits of massage for their clients," says co-owner, Linda Baker. "We are thrilled to share this event with the Hillsboro community."
Hillsboro, OR, October 7, 2009: RoseSprings Center for the Healing Arts in Hillsboro, Oregon will offer free 10 minute massage sessions Monday, October 26th thru Friday, October 30th during National Massage Therapy Week. Now in it's 13th year, this week is designed to raise public awareness of the benefits of therapeutic massage and encourage Americans to seek massage therapy for stress relief, pain management and general health. The therapists of RoseSprings Center will offer free massage from 11 am to 1 pm as follows:
- Monday, October 26: Hand Massage
- Tuesday, October 27: Foot Massage
- Wednesday, October 28: Neck Massage
- Thursday, October 29: Head Massage
- Friday, October 30: Energy Healing
Many Hillsboro area residents are already familiar with the benefits of massage and other related modalities. "Your nurturing hands cradled my heart and soul to offer me a space of total trust and abandonment of ego. In addition to Elaine Smith, massage therapists Carole Cotton-Figueiredo, Amy Gee, Tamara Felix and Lindsay Newman will participate in giving the free massage sessions.
